Rates and Fees: Rates are in US dollars. Rates quoted are 4 adults - 2 bedroom condo (additional adults up to 6 total - $10.00 per day). Guests under 24 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 12 are free! All rates are subject to change and Florida tax . Check In begins at 4:00 p.m. Check Out is by 10:00 a.m. Departure fee is $110.00 plus Florida tax. Minimum stay is 1 week. Deposit Policy: Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a US $200.00 advance deposit per condo / per week. Deposits are due within 14 days of making your reservation. Remaining Balance is due upon arrival. Cancellation Policy: Refund requests must be received in writing 30 days prior to arrival date The cancellation fee is 20% of deposit received up to 30 days prior to arrival date or deposit is forfeited. Additional Information: Sorry no pets – no boats or trailers please! Parking by permit only. No Smoking. Free High Speed Internet. Cribs and high chairs available upon request. |
